What for and for whom:

We help you achieve your physique, performance and health goals – whether you want to build muscle quickly and effectively, lose fat, increase your performance or simply feel better.

With our personal 1-on-1 online coaching, you benefit from our many years of experience and receive all the information and guidelines on training, nutrition, regeneration, lifestyle and mindset as well as helpful tools and equipment that you need – tailored to your individual situation and goals.

Your goals can be completely individual, e.g.:

  • You are new to the world of fitness and nutrition and want to take the first steps with someone experienced so that you don’t start off in the wrong direction.
  • You have already tried various diets or training programs, but have not achieved what you wanted or were promised.
  • You have a stressful everyday life and want to get the most out of the little time available.
  • You have lost track of all the information out there.
  • At the beginning of a diet, you are motivated for two weeks before you fall back into old patterns.
  • You’ve been working out for a while, but you want to take your physique or performance to the next level because you’re currently plateauing.
  • You want to run your first marathon.

We generally coach people of all experience levels, ages and genders. Whether coaching is available in individual cases depends on our current capacities and the offer that makes the most sense for you.

What you get:

The coaching offers vary in scope. In the Training and Nutrition Set-Up, we give you a personalized training plan or nutrition strategy, which we adapt to your goals and current situation in two sessions.

The Gear-Up offers are the actual coaching. The coaching not only covers all relevant areas for your goals (training, nutrition, recovery, etc.), but is also geared towards the longer term so that we can continuously optimize your progress. Here you benefit from our experience as we exchange information about your current development in weekly video check-ins and ensure that you achieve your goals.

Why coaching:

On the one hand, we give you what works. Our training plans and nutrition strategies are scientifically based, tried and tested in practice and tailored to your specific goals. You save yourself the time of having to work your way through endless content on the internet or in books to learn what is really effective. But what is much more important is that we accompany you continuously. With us, you have an outside perspective, without which you would run into unforeseen problems or phases of stagnation. In the weekly check-ins, we keep your current situation and development in focus and ensure that your progress is effective and long-term.

What we expect:

If you decide for a coaching with us, we generally expect the following:

  • Tracking: We have developed a special tracking tool for coaching that covers all relevant information bundled in one Excel file. We need this information to be able to evaluate your development and react to it so that your progress is guaranteed. No tracking – no coaching.
  • Honesty: The tracking and your feedback are only worth something if they are true. There may be phases in which you are unmotivated, your weight stagnates longer than you would like, or you haven’t been able to go to training for a week. Even if that isn’t ideal, we still need to know that in order to find out how to improve things.
